Services available at immediate care clinics
Immediate care is not a substitute for seeing your primary care physician (PCP). Always check to see if your 初级保健办公室 has an appointment available before using immediate care. You can schedule a visit with your primary care physician 通过myUCLAhealth or check their availability and schedule an appointment by calling your 初级保健办公室. If your primary care physician is not available, a member of their team can help.

Once you’re connected, a physician will:

Please have your medical information readily available, including a list of medications that you are currently taking. This information will help the doctor evaluate your health status. Please be sure to bring your insurance card and the name of your primary care physician, as well as photo identification such as a valid driver's license or California ID.

Our immediate care clinics accept Medicare and many insurance plans. Any required co-payments and/or deductibles will be collected at the time of service.
